Are you from a country that requires a visa to participate in the MRC Global Olympiad? You will need to contact the Greek Embassy in your country to learn about the necessary documents.

If a visa is required, we will need the details of everyone traveling to Greece, including team members, coaches, and accompanying persons. Please download the document by pressing the button below. This excel  must be carefully completed, take photos of all passports, and send them to president@he-ro.gr, with a copy (cc) to mrc@he-ro.gr.

You will receive your invitation letters shortly, which you must submit to the Embassy along with the other required documents.

If the Embassy requests additional documents that we need to provide, please send us a detailed list of what is required at the above emails so we can prepare them promptly.
